Fall Into Fitt – September Challenge

Quite literally we will FALL in our September Challenge.  Fall starts on September 22nd, so why not honor that the funky, spazzy, RightFitt way! This is quick, easy and you can do it from anywhere!

So what’s my challenge?

  • I want you to ‘fall’ 22 time every day.  Why 22?  Because the season starts on the 22nd and it’s a great number…question is why not!?
  • What the H-E- Double hockey sticks does that even mean??  I will explain:

Stand up.
Now get all the way down on the floor so you are laying.
Now stand up

REPEAT 22*

  • You just ‘fell’!  You, of course, can choose to drop to the ground like a burpee or slowly crawl down – I don’t care!  To each his own, just do it!
  • When you are done ‘falling’; check into RightFitt on Facebook or Foursquare ;-)  I am going to start offering prizes and discounts for the most check ins so there is incentive!!
  • You can ‘fall 22*’ and check in accordingly as many times a day or times a week that you like.  Fall 88 times and you get to check in 4 times and essentially have a better chance of winning!

Weight Loss Challenge Second Place

Tim joined our ‘New Year New You’ Weight Loss Challenge in January. After 12 short weeks he exceeded his goals of improving his health and losing 25 lbs. ”The change of nutrition was easy and I kicked up the workouts. I feel great now!”
