Fall Into Fitt – September Challenge

Quite literally we will FALL in our September Challenge.  Fall starts on September 22nd, so why not honor that the funky, spazzy, RightFitt way! This is quick, easy and you can do it from anywhere!

So what’s my challenge?

  • I want you to ‘fall’ 22 time every day.  Why 22?  Because the season starts on the 22nd and it’s a great number…question is why not!?
  • What the H-E- Double hockey sticks does that even mean??  I will explain:

Stand up.
Now get all the way down on the floor so you are laying.
Now stand up

REPEAT 22*

  • You just ‘fell’!  You, of course, can choose to drop to the ground like a burpee or slowly crawl down – I don’t care!  To each his own, just do it!
  • When you are done ‘falling’; check into RightFitt on Facebook or Foursquare ;-)  I am going to start offering prizes and discounts for the most check ins so there is incentive!!
  • You can ‘fall 22*’ and check in accordingly as many times a day or times a week that you like.  Fall 88 times and you get to check in 4 times and essentially have a better chance of winning!

T Shirt Slogan Contest

Here is a different type of RightFitt contest!!  Who can come up with the best slogan!!??  Offer your creativity and the slogan we choose wins a free month of RightFitt work outs and a shirt!  Live in another State?…You will get a free personalized 8 week workout program!    If you really like this marketing and creative stuff, go ahead and add font and layout to it for a bigger impact!!

We are going to produce 5 different slogans, so start brainstorming!

Slogan has to use the word ‘fitt’.  spelled wrong ;-)  Like our company name.

That’s it!  So think of something you would like to sport and start sharing.  They could revolving around getting in shape and being healthy.  They could be funny with puns (RightFitt style). They could be about making money (since our new mission is building bank accounts while helping others). Need more help?  Here is what my daughter came up with this morning:

Losing Weight After a Baby

So you just had a baby – congratulations!!!

You’re new bundle of joy is adorable and makes your heart swell.  She also keeps you up at night, adds stress to your day and has packed on between 20-80 lbs to your lovely body.  Of course, absolutely, WITHOUT A DOUBT – she was worth it…but it’s time to bounce back from that baby bump!

June At-Home Workout Challenge

In June we challenged you to run/walk/jog 1 mile a day followed by a 4 minute tabata set.  This was an easy 14 minute workout to get you on track!  You got 1 pt for every time you completed this and checked in on Facebook.  If you got 30 pts you got ‘buy one get one free’ for your July workouts!  And the winners were…. NO ONE!!  Holy camolly people… not 1 person was able to get 30 pts.  Maybe next time???

This intimate challenge is for you ‘hard corers’ ready to rock a serious weight change!  I know this b/c Millie will be hosting it, and after she won our January challenge (34lbs later) and her sister-in-law won the Spring challenge (30.2 lbs later) they KNOW you can make a life change in a very short time.  So get ready to get busy and get HARD CORE RESULTS.

This is a special short 8 week session where we will vary our talks compared to normal.  As with our Project ME&trade, we are going to teach the importance of both good nutrition AND exercise.  Not only will we discuss all of the important factors of a Project ME&trade and provide the tools to complete your own body transformation, but we are going to coach you towards your personal goals at each class.

Since this is new, here’s kind of what to expect at each class: (you can do the normal WLC entry of $35 if you want but you will only get the class lectures)

- Workout 5:15 to 6:15 (this is optional…but a pretty great option if you ask me)

- Weigh In and enjoy a shake 6:15 to 6:30

When it’s time, It’s time…

So it’s been on your mind; you know you want to make a change, but ughh… You know you NEED to make a change, but ehhhh?  Really do you HAVE to make a change?  You toy with eating better; you pop into an exercise class; you ALMOST skip the Taco Bell run, but you don’t…

And then it hits – YOU’RE TIRED, YOU’RE SICK, YOU’RE SICK AND TIRED OF BEING OVERWEIGHT!  For no apparent reason TODAY is the day you decide to CHANGE YOUR LIFE…

This is what happened to Millie when she came to RightFitt on January 12th, 2012 – a day she remembers as well as a Holiday now.

She had been struggling with finding her “inner-athlete” that had gone by the way side when she finished up playing soccer in college.  Little by little and pound by pound, her athletic build was turning over to a less energetic physique.  As the weight went up, her confidence went down, her energy went down and her happiness went down.  She found herself frustrated, angry and unhappy.
