June At-Home Workout Challenge
In June we challenged you to run/walk/jog 1 mile a day followed by a 4 minute tabata set. This was an easy 14 minute workout to get you on track! You got 1 pt for every time you completed this and checked in on Facebook. If you got 30 pts you got ‘buy one get one free’ for your July workouts! And the winners were…. NO ONE!! Holy camolly people… not 1 person was able to get 30 pts. Maybe next time???

You have until June 30th to fill out the following form. Tell us why YOU deserve a free transformation or why you WANT a free transformation. The coaches will pick the winner by June 6th based on points (it’s super complicated so don’t even ask). Your transformation can start within the next 6 weeks – you pick your start date cause that’s how we roll.

Who says girls can’t compete!!!
I’ve heard all the excuses about why someone is stuck at their current weight… why you can’t afford the time and commitment to lose weight… how it’s impossible for girls to keep up with the guys when it comes to weight loss…
If anyone had an excuse or disadvantage it was Millie! Not only did she start our New Year, New You Weight Loss Challenge as an underdog (girl with less than 40lbs to lose), but she had 2 surgeries throughout the course of our challenge – one was a result of a soccer injury which kept her out of the gym the last two weeks!
I’ll let you be the judge of her success -
Millie rocked through this weight loss challenge with determination and hard work! Her Project Me included nutrition, a personalized workout program and 2 RightFitt classes per week. Despite the challenges she stuck to the program and did as much of her fitness as she could. How did she end up?
SHE LOST 34 LBs & 30.5 INCHES IN 12 WEEKS!!!

Fitness enthusiast, Kyle, started a Project Me in February because his girlfriend was doing it and he thought it would be something different. He had been very health conscious before with a meticulous diet and grueling workout plan.
As you will see, our cellular nutrition agreed with Kyle’s body! He also rocked the 24 line and found that it was much easier to get all of the key nutrients and vitamins than trying to concoct his own pre and post workout drinks/tabs. With these changes along with some slight changes to his workout routine, Kyle was FINALLY able to get the RESULTS HE WAS LOOKING FOR!
Kyle came in to see me week 1, week 4 (to get more product and revamp workout plan) and week 8 for final measurements. He was very self motivated and managed! His stats?
He lost 18 lbs of fat.
He gained 4% muscle.
His visceral fat dropped by 2%!!
