My name is Jessica Martinez and after just a few weeks of Rightfitt , I can now honestly say, “I love working out!” I am one of those girls who have been “chubby” my whole life. I thought that since I belonged to a gym, I would all the sudden be skinny and healthy, it should be that easy.  If I only knew what I know now! haha

I have belonged to a gym for as long as I can remember; I believe it was when I gained my freshmen 15 up at college. Since then, I have bounced from gym to gym trying to find what was right for me. I would work out really hard at the gym and see no results, if anything weight gain. However, I did nothing about my nutrition. I figured that since I worked out I could eat 4 things at Taco Bell. Gee, I have to know all this just to lose some weight, right!

In 2007, I changed my eating habits and was able to lose 25 -30lbs. A few years later, I joined a weight loss challenge with my family to see if I could lose this last 15lbs. This is when I heard about Herbalife. I learned everything I could about nutrition and managed to lose a few more pounds. Three years have passed and I was still doing Herbalife to help maintain my weight. Now that I was able to truly understand the nutrition part, I was now lacking in the gym.  I was what my family and friends called “skinny” but I wasn’t happy with my body.

In February of 2012, I did the thing I never thought I could do… quit my gym!!! Ahhhh!!!! How could I not belong to a gym?! I instead turned to Rightfitt in hopes I could get some results and get toned. Since then, I have continued my Herbalife products; which I love, and now go to Rightfitt classes that to me feel more like personal training. I have seen great results and have now come to love working out! I have met some great, diverse people who are supportive of one another and love to do the same thing I do, be healthy and have fun doing it!!

Now I run 6 weight loss challenges a week!  I am helping over 100 people get back into a level of health they are proud of!!
