Project Megan Gioa – 6 Week Transformation

On December 11th, 2011 we started Project Megan with Images @ 5280; an eight week project to transform Megan into top shape for her upcoming college cheerleading tryouts.  We created anpersonalized fitness and nutrition program to suit her needs and help her reach her goals.  After shaping up her nutrition and fine tuning her workout regime, we were able to SAVE HER $$$ on the foods she was consuming and SAVE HER TIME at the gym.  She went from working out 2 hours a day down to about 45 minutes per day, 5 days a week.

Goals:

Fine tune conditioning skills, improve athletic performance, increase muscle mass for fitness modeling.

Project ME:

Focused nutrition including 1200 -1500 calories daily and 100+g of protein daily, personalized workout program that decreased workout time by 1 hour per day, 4 personal training session, weekly group boot camps with RightFitt.

Results:

Lost 8.8lbs of fat

Gained 2. 2 lbs of muscle

Trimmed off 11.5 inches off her body measurement
