#RightFittAbs Challenge One Week CHECK IN!!

Hey all!  Caley here and it’s ACCOUNTABILITY TIME!! Here are my one week results for our #rightfittabs Challenge.  Posting results keep me on my toes! We all put in $10 and are competing against ourselves to complete a select ab set for 35 days in a row!!  I added the additional ‘nutrition challenge’ which gives me MORE ab work when I don’t nail my nutrition. (REGISTER LATE HERE)

Why a challenge?  Because it motivates me, so I know it motivates my clients!  It’s short, simple, affordable and keeps us on track!  I know that over the last 6 months we were getting a little lazy at our #FittTour workouts and had been doing less core work at each class. So this was my solution to get us back on track!!

SIX PACK ABS CHALLENGE

Each time I post results, I get a lot of questions…. people want to know exactly what I do… or they think I am working out for hours AND every single day.  They might even think that I eat like a caveman with no wavering…

BUT IF YOU KNOW ME – YOU KNOW I LIVE A VERY REAL LIFE!

A couple people asked what my workout schedule and nutrition was like so here you go:

Day 1 – 40 reps of #RightFittAbs, no additional workout. ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 1 shake. Prolessa. We had friends in town so we went out to eat and had some drinks… Went way over my calorie goal.

Day 2 – 40 reps#RightFittAbs, since I messed up nutrition the day before… No additional work out.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 1 shake. Prolessa. Hit my calorie goal but did not get in enough protein.

Day 3 – 40 reps#RightFittAbs, since I messed up nutrition the day before… No additional workout.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 1 shake. Prolessa. Birthday party at Dave and Busters = some fries, pretzles, nachos and drinks.. not a ton of food but waaaaayyyy too many fat calories. Bronco Sunday = Bronco fun…. yowsers!

Day 4 – 40 reps#RightFittAbs, since I messed up nutrition the day before… No additional workout.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 1 shake. Prolessa.  NAILED my nutrition protein and calorie goals!!

Day 5 – 20 reps #RightFittAbs!!!!  Finally nailed my nutrition the day before!  1 hour tabata workout full body.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 2 shakes. Prolessa.  NAILED my nutrition protein and calorie goals!

Day 6 – 20 reps #RightFittAbs!!!!   1 hour AWESOME FittTour workout full body.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 2 shakes. Prolessa.  Wednesday is family dinner night we we went to Lazy dog.  Ordered side salad and buffalo burger no bun.  Still went over calorie goal but not as poor choices.

Day 7– 40 reps#RightFittAbs, since I did not nail nutrition the day before… 1 hour Tabata Dance session to work the buns, laugh and get low get low get low.  ALL Tabs tea tea tea and 2 shakes. Prolessa.  NAILED my nutrition protein and calorie goals!!

So there you go!!  I did my abs and then 3 additional workouts!  I nailed my nutrition 3 days and could have done better the others.

These are real life 1 week results….doing a 12 minute ab set daily… practicing moderation and practicing real life.  My ‘cheat days’ aren’t ‘cheat days’… they just aren’t perfect.  I never go crazy and eat out 3 meals and 1000’s of excess calories but I do have my fun!
