How can you burn off the Halloween Candy you threw down yesterday?  Here is a great workout to get your pre-Halloween body back 😉


If you are wondering what ‘chopping wood’ is – don’t go grabbing an ax.  Just do the motion of chopping wood and alternate sides.  For ‘Calisthenics’, which I spelled wrong, we did rounds of 31 push ups, 31 tri dips and 31 squats.  We repeated for 10 minutes.

Ready GO!!!


Note to self – It took that ONE HOUR WORKOUT to burn off this small pile of candy.
