WE CHALLENGE YOU!!! Make your Freshman 15 FABULOUS! Add on 15lbs of muscle, pull 15lbs of fat off, or simply decide it’s your time to GET FIT!!
How does it work??
1.) Snap some before pics – front, side back.
2.) Take measurements and stats – depending on your location, we can have a local coach document this for you.
3.) Commit to staying fit! We offer multiple affordable nutrition and fitness plans if you need help!!
4.) Post your commitment on your cover for the first week of classes to hold yourself accountable.
5.) Remeasure and weigh at winter break to show results!
6.) WIN STUFF – Best transformation will be rewarded
